The Client Services Department coordinates and acts as a liaison regarding activities for the client such as real estate, home improvement projects, property and casualty insurance, loans, and auto shipping.  We are oftentimes the main point of contact for clients, and those people behind the scenes “getting it done.”  We work tirelessly to ensure the client’s needs are being met, while always wearing a smile.

 
The client services department is responsible for the following functions:
  • Purchase/sale/refinance of Real Estate Transactions
  • Purchase/sale of Auto Transactions
  • Obtaining personal and mortgage loans
  • Obtaining and reviewing business, health and P&C insurance
  • Running and monitoring credit reports                                                                           
  • Setting up/canceling utilities                             
  • Handling the temporary living arrangements of our athletes
  • Coordinating with attorneys to generate leases and promissory notes
  • Handling any miscellaneous client requests
