
The Client Management team works with clients to develop and implement successful strategies to reach client's investment, financial, insurance, and estate planning goals. They are the main point of contact for the clients, and work closely with each department to ensure the client’s needs and expectations are being met in a timely and professional manner. The client manager’s draw upon each other’s experiences, knowledge base, and foster a true team approach to provide clients with elite financial advice. 
They monitor and oversee the workflow and information regarding the client between the various departments to ensure we have a grasp on the client’s total financial picture. They are trained in problem solving, have extensive industry knowledge, and many of whom hold various licenses. Some of the functions performed in this area are:
- Reviewing client’s portfolio performance and allocation & working closely with the portfolio manager
- Holding semi annual meetings with clients
- Measurement of client satisfaction and retention
- Serving as the main point of contact with clients
- Meeting with the various departments to ensure knowledge of the client is captured
- Working closely with the various departments on a daily basis
- Reviewing client 401K’s, tax, and withholding matters
- Internal Quality control
- Working with outside sources such as attorneys and agents to ensure the most accurate, respected, and appropriate advice is being given to our clients in areas that lay outside of our expertise
