Greg joined the Geier Asset Management team in 2008. After graduating from Towson with a double major in business administration and sports management, he earned his MBA from the University of Baltimore, with a concentration in finance, and obtained his Certified Financial Planner ™ (CFP) designation shortly thereafter. Greg has worn many hats at Geier, spending time as a portfolio analyst and financial planner, client manager and wealth management department head roles, and currently the Director of Wealth Management. Highly analytical and organized, Greg finds satisfaction in helping his clients implement strategies to achieve both their personal and financial goals. His expertise in areas such as retirement planning, estate planning, tax, and investment management allow him to design financial plans that cater to the constantly changing needs of his clients. In addition, Greg has a large role in the design and management of the model portfolios that serve the firm’s clients. Native to Maryland, Greg lives in Ellicott City with his wife, Katelyn and their daughter. He is enjoys playing golf, traveling, and supporting his hometown teams—the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens.
